When trying to print, sometimes i have success and other times i don't.  the only thing that seems to help is to unplug and plug back in.  this is cumbersome.  I have uninstalled, reinstalled, print wizard, sometimes i can print from my phone other times not.  it is connected to my computer via Ethernet and i have it connected to WiFi, neither works better. i dont print a lot and it doesnt work ore than it works

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Let's reset the network settings on the Printer: 1. From the printer control panel, touch and slide your finger across the screen, touch Setup, and then touch Network Setup. 2. Touch Restore Network Defaults, and then touch Yes. A message appears stating that the network defaults have been restored. 3. Touch OK.

 

Once done, connect the Printer to the Wi-Fi: 1. From the printer control panel display, touch and slide your finger across the screen and then touch Setup. 2. Touch Network Setup. 3. Touch Wireless Settings. 4. Touch Wireless Setup Wizard. 5. Follow the display instructions to complete the setup.
