HP Recommended

Audio output not working without headset. While Bluetooth headset is connected input audio is not working and sometimes the mic is not working as well. With headset can only hear someone talking through computer speakers. And sometimes Mic works. I have checked all drivers and all settings. Has anyone had this issue with any laptop that could give me some advice please?

Hello, and Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Without actually informing us which HP computer you have, all we can do is offer some educated guesses!

 

PC's often have two "audio jacks" - one for audio OUT only, another for Mic IN/Audio OUT combo.   BT audio may require a special driver from the manufacturer.  Again, without details, not much we can do!
