Product: Pavilion All-in-One 27-r0xx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

 

Hello, I have Pavilion All-in-One 27-r0xx and the Backspace, Spacebar, and Enter Keys are not working on my wireless keyboard. I have tried everything from uninstalling/reinstalling the keyboard, turned off sticky keys, updates, etc. Any advice? Do I need to purchase a new keyboard? Thanks for the help!

Do you have another computer to which you can connect your keyboard, to independently test it?

Unfortunately I don't. Looks like I will have to purchase another keyboard. Thanks for the response!

Do you have any friend with a computer? Connect the keyboard to their computer, and give it a try.

 

When looking for a new keyboard, some are quieter when typing, and some have better "touch-and-feel". So, try "hand-on" with a variety of keyboards, to find what is best for you.
