Hi @foxy54,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your PC!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
Try the following steps:
Check the input source. Press the Input Source button (if available) on your All-in-One and make sure it's set to PC Mode instead of HDMI.
Restart the PC by pressing and holding the power button for 10 seconds to force shutdown. Unplug the power cable, wait for a minute, then plug it back in and turn it on.
If you're using an external display, check the HDMI connection. Ensure the cable is firmly connected to both devices, the monitor is powered on, and set to the correct HDMI input. If not using an external display, try disconnecting any HDMI cable.
Perform a hard reset by unplugging all external devices (USB, HDMI, etc.), disconnecting the power cable, and holding the power button for 15-20 seconds. Reconnect the power cable and turn the PC on.
Boot in Safe Mode by turning off the PC, then turning it on while pressing the F11 key repeatedly. If the HP Recovery Menu appears, choose Safe Mode.
