Product: HP Pavilion - 15-cs3002ne

I suddenly lost my Bluetooth icon from my laptop out of nowhere, I was playing a game and suddenly it started restarting, and when it restarted my Bluetooth icon was gone, I have tried reinstalling the driver on the device manager but it seems that the Bluetooth is missing out from task manager as well. What is the problem here? How did I suddenly lose it? And how do I fix it? I have tried removing and reinstalling the Windows but it seems that Windows 11 is not available any more on the HP website for my device.
