I have a Bluetooth combo Keyboard and mouse and, I have not had them very long keyboard no longer is working but, the mouse is. I have changed out the batteries on the keyboard but not working need help with it.

most keyboard mouse combo has a reset/connect button on the back, please try after changing the batteries.

Hello @William120
(1) Remove all batteries from the keyboard and mouse.
(2) Wait a few minutes.
(3) Check voltage (V) of each battery. If you cannot check them take new ones and insert them again.
(4) Then test your keyboard and mouse ...
