I am having the same issue as someone else who asked this question in 2017: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Desktop-Wireless-and-Networking/HP-Pavilion-510-p114-Win-10-Bluetooth-...

I have been using wireless earbuds on this PC for almost two years. Yesterday the Bluetooth on/off button disappeared. I've tried updating / reinstalling the blue tooth drivers and been through a few troubleshooting videos on YouTube, but it's still gone. That included removing the drivers and reinstalling. In the Bluetooth setting it still tells me Bluetooth is off, and it shows my earbuds that were previously connected. I cannot click the  "Connect" or "Remove Device" buttons. Nothing happens. There is no Bluetooth option under Windows Action Center, either. In my Device Manager I do see the Bluetooth driver that I reinstalled. Also, I ran the Intel Driver & Support Assistant, and it tells me there are two drive updates, one of which is Bluetooth, but when I click install it fails. The other one fails, too, and that's not related to Bluetooth. I later deleted and reinstalled the Bluetooth driver from another source. Screenshots follow. Has anyone been able to resolve an issue like this?
