Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- Did you make any changes on the settings of your PC prior to the issue?
- When was the last time it worked fine?
- Are you getting any error message or code while pairing the Bluetooth devices?
Click here: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03429630 to complete the Bluetooth connectivity issue. By end of the article you will be able to fix the issue.
