hello

i'm french but as i didn't find a solution to my problem on microsoft support forum i'm trying here!

 

3 days ago or so bluetooth disappeared from my device manager, i did nothing particular.

 

Since tuesday i tried so many things.. i need help

 

I have also reinitialized my computer from fresh, and even with a like new computer : no bluetooth
