Product: HP Pavilion All-in-one 24-a270na
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP Pavilion All-in-one 24-a270na installed with Windows 10 365. Approximately 2 weeks ago HP updated my PC with “HP Audio Switch” but I continued to use my Bluetooth headphones, however, 2 days ago I clicked on HP Audio Switch to hear some you tube advice (I had previously listen to it via the headphones) which was fine. Yesterday I wanted to listen to music on my headphones, but they wouldn’t connect via Bluetooth, on investigation Bluetooth is deleted from my “Device Manager” and “Bluetooth and other devices settings” in Windows 10. In an attempt to resolve this issue I downloaded from Intel “BT-22.80.1-64-Win 10-Win 11 and ran the download but nothing has changed or been installed. Any help with this would be much appreciated.

It has Intel wifi and BT combo card. Please uninstall the existing one and install the following one

 

              https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp107001-107500/sp107300.exe
