Bluetooth issues
07-14-2017 04:23 PM

There is no blutooth radio or MS enumerator in the Device Manager. No icon in the system tray. All bluetooth services are turnd on in Services. I am unable to connect a bluetooth device from the devices and printers menu as well.I am unsure of what happened. I need to know where to go to get the adapters to correct this issue. Any help will be much appreciated.

Hi:
The product specs page for your PC indicates that it never had built in bluetooth.
If the PC came with built in bluetooth, that would have been listed under the Networking specifications section along with the ethernet and wireless specs.

You're very welcome.
All my wireless printers have wireless network adapters that connect through my router, just like my PC's do.
None of my printers are bluetooth capable.
To add bluetooth to your PC, you can purchase an external usb bluetooth adapter. I use this one, for example...
