Hi:
The parts list for your notebook at the link below indicates that it comes with the Ralink RT3290LE 802.11b/g/n 1x1 Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0 combination adapter.
That model Wi-Fi adapter has known issues with W10 where the Bluetooth, Wi-Fi or both completely disappear from the device manager.
There is no fix for the problem.
Your options are:
1. Go back to Windows 8.1 where the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth will work again.
2. Purchase a USB Bluetooth adapter that has support for W10.
3. Replace the Ralink Wi-Fi card with this model Wi-Fi card...
Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 802.11 ac 2x2 WiFi + BT 4.0 HP Part # 710661-001
You can find this model Wi-Fi card on eBay. Search by the HP part number.
Below is the link to the service manual where you can find the wifi card removal and replacement procedure.
