Hi:
There is a cable that plugs in to the back of the Wi-Fi card in your screenshot, in the top set of pins, to a 9-Pin internal USB connector on the motherboard.
Without that cable, the Bluetooth won't work.
If you don't have the cable, it should look like this one:
The white end plugs into the back of the wifi card and the black end plugs into the 9-pin internal USB header on the motherboard.

Sorry, but that is impossible.
Buy an inexpensive USB BT adapter or visit some local PC repair shops and see if they have any spare cables that are needed.
The cable is normally included with the Wi-Fi card.
All of mine came with the cable.
