HP Pavilion All-in-One - 23-q214
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My bt stopped functioning properly. It started to switch on and off meaning every time I would turn it on, a couple of seconds later it would freeze up and I would have to click it to start it again. Once frustrated I tried to trouble shoot as advised by Microsoft suggestion. I turn bt on and off numerous times but the problem persisted. The next suggestion was to uninstall, restart computer and the drivers would automatically restore it. That did not happen. Now bt is nowhere to be found and I have been using the touch screen to do all of my work. I've downloaded all the bt driver downloads that hp has on their web page but bt is gone. Any help on this would be appreciated.
