Does my desktop have Bluetooth? If so how do I find it and turn it on?

Hi:

 

According to the product specs at the link below, your PC only has a wifi adapter, not a combination wifi/Bluetooth adapter.

The easiest thing to do to add Bluetooth networking capability to your PC, would be to purchase a USB BT adapter.

 

Something like this...

 

Amazon.com: ASUS USB-BT500 Bluetooth 5.0 USB Adapter with Ultra Small Design, Backward Compatible wi...

 

You can get the BT 4.0 model for a little less...

 

Amazon.com: Kinivo USB Bluetooth Adapter for PC BTD-400 (Bluetooth 4.0, Low Energy, Compatible with ...

Bluetooth would have been listed under the networking specs if your PC had come with it.
