Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Day 1: Computer new, out of the box. Installation complete.

Day 2: HP support assistant recommends upgrade drivers

After the drivers upgrade, the WiFi module dissapeared:

- It is not showing up on the device manager, not even as a hidden device.

-The network reset or driver upgrade won't work (clearly) because the device is completely missing

-The closest to a clue, is the Bluetooth device is constantly reported by Windows as "having problems"

Seems like Realtek module RTL8822CE, which is supposed to contain both: Bluetooth and WiFi is damaged or just malfunctioning because of latest HP drivers.

Day 3: Attempted a Windows Reset and an HP Recovery: The computer never came back to life. Had to manually rebuild the whole Windows.

After that, manually installed drivers for all devices but Realtek RTL8822CE. Everything was functional but no internet as WiFi was disabled.

The moment I plugged an USB dongle to get my applications installed, the drivers got automated and right away the same problem: WiFi Realtek WiFi adapter is gone missing and Bluetooth Realtek adapter is reporting errors.

Saddest part is this doesn't seem to be new...is a known HP issue with no apparent solution:

Windows 10 Home 64.

The pre-loaded Operating System.

In fact, after configuring the whole computer is where problem started happening.

Currently, I'm recovering Windows yet again, because after so many reboots, the computer goes crazy and just won't start.

For the record: We purchased 2 computers, identical. This one is failing and the other is randomly shutting down the WiFi.
