wireless desktop Combo C271
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought a new wireless desktop Combo C2710, but the mouse does not move the pointer.

Keyboard works fine. The mouse buttons work fine. The roller works Fine.

Already try it with 3 PC, all the same. Change batteries, nothing.

Any hint?

Hi @pedrogmorais

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

As the mouse and the keyboard are connected to the computer, the connection seems to be fine.

Now, the buttons are working on the mouse but the pointer does not move.

I'm afraid this could be a hardware issue with the mouse. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
