Pavilion Desktop-T64RU0U0 All-in-One Touch
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I can not connect my key board to my computer!  The key board came with my Pavilion 27" all in one touch screen Which I purchase over a year ago and I had used that K/B for a few months and I then switched to a larger Logitech K/B which used a dongle.  I recently about a month ago went back to the smaller K/B that originally came with the computer, and now will not connect.  When I first got the computer the K/B worked without a dongle now it wont connect in any way I can think of,I trued my other HP keyboard from my Envoy computer which is a duplicate of the keyboard from my pavilion and that will not connect to my Pavilion.  The K/B that came with my Pavilion Has no connect button and no information came with the computer indicating any thing specific about installing it except start the computer and make sure the K/B works!  I reinstalled the logitek K/B and it works fine but I would like to use the K/B that came with the Computer but most of all why One has a connect buten on the bottom and the one that came with the Pavilion has nothing  othrerwise they are cloned, one other exception the Envoy has 2AA and the Pavilion K/B has 2 AAA!

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

Is it a Bluetooth or a wireless keyboard?

In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need the product number of your computer.

Follow the steps in the below article to find the product details.
