Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

So I turn on my computer. Everything is fine as usual. After a minute or two, it suddenly says there is limited access to WiFi before cutting off completely. When I go to trouble shoot, it requests I plug in an Ethernet cable to connect, despite me never having used one for this computer. I just finished factory resetting the computer after scouring the web for an answer. I turn it on and everything works fine. After 30 minutes or so, the return of the dreaded “no connections.” When I go to enable wireless in the control panel, all that’s there is local area connections. Any help would be very much appreciated.

@Grievoushelp Thank you for posting on HP Forums,

For an accurate solution I'll need more details:

What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: Click here

(Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.)

Have you attempted any steps on your own before posting on the HP Forums?

When was the last time it worked without these issues?

Did you run a hardware test on the computer using the F2 key during a restart?

In the meantime, please try the steps mentioned on this link: Click here

Please reply with the details for further assistance.

Eager to help!

To thank me for my efforts to help you,
