Normally you can't get anything from Military sites because they do not want information to go out. Normally they allow higher ranking personals to access more files using military computers.
Hope that makes sense
Note: I used to work on an environment (not military) and I could not even plug my private computers the the network. Some contractors mistakenly plugged their machine to our network and their machines could be confiscated.
