Hi, I ordered a 3 year carepack with the laptop that I ordered. All of the emails led me to believe that my laptop was automatically registered. Now, a year after purchase, the website says that I never had a carepack and my warranty is expired. I have receipts for proof that I bought it, but I am now unable to talk to a real person since I "dont have" a warranty anymore
