Product: HP Ink Tank Wireless 419

so I print my Quality diagnostic and I have the following:
1. my tanks refilled
2. photos from media and all on the best mode
3. use the right kind of paper
4. cyan yellow light cyan and light yellow are missings
5. is ok
6. is ok 
I want to know how to fix my cartridge problem as it mentions here that I need to have a clean cartridge from the hp software that doesn't seem to have an option for this. what can I do?
