Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Just changed from Spectrum to Cincinnati Bell Fiber opticcs.  Have a HP TouchSmart 300 PC.  and  Brother MFC_J487DW Printer.  Printer is off line can't figure out how to put it back on line. Have the same router and password.

Welcome to the HP User Community.

 

The Brother printer perhaps needs to be set back to network defaults so the new wireless information can be entered.
