I want to switch my wifi to 5gh but I couldn't find the network drivers from the device manager

The only suggestion I can offer would be to install the latest Wi-Fi driver for the RTL8822CE Wi-Fi adapter:

 

Realtek RTL8xxx Wireless LAN Drivers
