Over 18  months ago I purchased a printer and signed up for instant ink , all was going well until I ran out of ink, was advised some would be sent , and waited nothing , went out and have since purchased at least 3 batches of my own shop bought ink.

I have contacted HP about 3 times online to advise I want out of Instant Ink as message constantly pops up that I can no longer PRINT ON MY OWN PRINTER? Its my inbk I paid for it this is really disgraceful , my daughter wanted to send a print out to an ill relative who cannot get out due to current circumstances.........so they can receive an actual letter.

I cant !!! So annoyed Please explain how to reset this account to allow me to use my own ink without signing up for the worst service available
