Operating System: iOS

Hey! I am having trouble connecting my printer to my network. I want to register for this "save up to 70% on ink and toner". But it won't work as long as I'm not connected. I have printed out information on how to proceed and I also follow the instructions, but despite this it is not possible. How do I do now?
