Drivers for my Desk top. Network card drivers

While updating  drivers for my Desktop PC. after updating my network card stop functioning. It detects network. But not able to connect to it. I purchased Desktop from Kuwait. Hp Support soft ware detected  desktop as, HP Pro Minitower PC.. Product number LG916ES#ABV, sER.nO. [edit]. i AM NOT GETTING WHICH COUNTRY WHERE IT IS MANUFACTURED.

Copy, Paste and Save in Notepad, as LBB2Z.bat and double click to run.
Post anything non-personal, but relevant please.

Sorry Friend, I tried your solution but unfortunately it is not working. This is HP Pro  3130 Microtower not Minitower.

Can you tell me.How to reinstall windows with its original product key. I am not getting where it is manufatured
