Wi-fi connection will often read "[network name] no internet connection", even though there are 2-3 other devices in the house, within the same area, successfully connected and using the wi-fi. Sometimes restarting the computer fixes it, sometimes it doesn't, sometimes it just drops in the middle of using the computer. Can I get a link to latest drivers for Realtek RTL8723BE and start there? I have had the issue since the computer was new, called and spend over 2 hours on the phone while we ran diagnostics and did a full factory reboot and software update, no fix.
Thanks

Hi:
Here is the link to the latest W10 Realtek WLAN driver for that model card.
2023.54.331.2017 Rev.A Jun 21, 2017
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp80501-81000/sp80963.exe
Other than providing that driver, that would be the only help I can offer regarding the problem you are experiencing.
