Product: HP ENVY Desktop - 750-624
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

On some of our e-mails, when we open them, they are just unreadable.  They are just a bunch of letters and numbers.  Totally trash.  This just happened about 2 or 3 weeks ago.  Can someone help us please?

what program do you use to read the e-mails ?

(1) Web Browser ? Type / Version ?

(2) Application / Name / Version ?
