ex490
Microsoft Windows 8 (64-bit)

My server started to make a clicking sound.  I turned the server off and then waited a while before turning it on again.

When the server booted up the health color light/ indicator on the front went red.

It started blinking in red and then blinks white for around 45 to 60 times and then turns solid red and remained that way.

No hard drive LED are lighting up.

I have been on HP website troubleshooting and the only thing that I can come up with is that, based on the codes on the lights, the BIOS is corrupted.

I would like help in upgrading/fixing the BIOS please.

If this is not possible, I would like to try to access my data on the hard disks in a different way.

Kind Regards

Taryn
