Hi, Irwin, I have tried your suggestions and my windows was updated a couple of days ago and the HP assistant and Device manager say I have the latest BIOS and drivers?

At this moment, mouse and Keyboard Ok, but that is what happens, I know it will fail again soon

I go on holiday tomorrow until Sunday so wont have access to my PC until then

Hi @firebobby,

If you encounter the same issue even when the PC is up to date.
It could be an issue with the Wireless kit.

However, try connecting the wireless kit to another PC and test to check if the issue persists.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a great day ahead!
