HP Recommended

Hi - bought a HP 230 wireless keyboard and mouse combo in Jul-23 from Amazon. It has stopped working (I think the USB dongle as the mouse still lights up). Serial No is not recognised on the HP website so I cannot get any assistance/replacement. Please advise?
