Product: HP T630 Thin Client
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2012 and older

 I have an HP T630 thin client that I am trying to image. I have the HPDM  4.7 Service Pak 10 set up on windows 2012 server. I can send tasks execute all task fine other then Deploying imaging tasks and it keeps failing. I have plenty of ThinClient whihc needs addressing as I have customised the setting in the OS which is  Windows 10 Enterprise LTSB on the thin client. Agent version is 4.7.3669.29648 . When I push the image from HPDM, the thin client boots into the HP imaging tool, but then hangs on Set up share folder.

 

I am using SMB for the repository. The user credentials are in the format of domain\username and it tests out fine. I have given everyone full access to that particular shared folder for read and right access. 

 

The error is 1083392.

 

[Error Details]: Deploy image using repository Master Repository.
Failed to download UserAddedAdmin.ibr from /Repository/Images/UserName-NW-Acccess.
Failed to execute DeployImage task.
ErrorCode: 1083392, Error Info: ..\..\Task\common\ImageTask.cpp@255: Failed to connect the shared folder.
