HP ENVY 5530 stops working scan utility after installing MAC OS SIERRA Version 10.12.1

macOS 10.12 Sierra

After upgrading my mac to OS 10.12 certain utilities does not work anymore. No Scan to mac is posible. Trying to find a driver for fixing this problem is the problem. HP seems not to have a proper driver. Can somebody explain me how I can let my few months old ENVY 5530 work properly with All the functions ? Why can't I find a proper driver ? Is this not yet available....asuming that a driver is developed...
