Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi all!


We have a HP EliteDesk 800 G4 DM 65W PC running at our customer.

This is a Management PC that controls the backup software of the entire network.

What we see is that this device goes randomly offline.

We tried everything.

- Change the energy plans

- PowerToys Awake tool from Microsoft

- Disable sleep and hybrination mode

Nothing works...

When this device is not accessible, the customers confirms that the front light of the power button is stil solid white.

When you put this device in hybrination mode, it slowly flickers instead of being solid white.

So we think that this isn't a hybrination mode the PC is going in to.

Anyone has some idea's to fix this issue?
The pc needs to be online for 24/7.
