bought an original, wireless keyboard and mouse with german layout from hp for my desktop. The problem is, the system don´t connect or recognize it. what do i have to do.

I see that the keyboard or the mouse is not getting detected by the PC.
I suggest you try connecting the wireless keyboard and the mouse to a different PC and check if it works.

Thank you Raj,
the problem is, there is no usb receiver. the receiver for mouse and keyboard is integrated. I need to no, where I can activate or synchronise new wireless mouse and keyboard devices on this model.
