HP Envy23 No Wireless Adaptor

Hi, there is no wireless adaptor showing up in device manager. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Did you upgrade/downgrade your machine ? What is your HP Envy 23 ? Please check its label at the back

It's been upgraded to windows 10 but apparently the wireless was working after that still. It's my parents computer, they were connected via ethernet until moving house and have to go wireless now.
Have attached a photo.

Many thanks for the information. Machine uses Wireless LAN - RA Flamingo2 BGN 1x1 adapter with Windows 8 pre-installed:
Unfortunately no available drivers for Windows 10 on its support page
Please try to download and install
ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp71501-72000/sp71571.exe

Hi,
Please go to Device Manager > Network adapters and check wireless device
(a) Right click wireless device,
(b) get its hardware id then post back:
