Product: Surface pro
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have used the HP smart app AND HP print and scan doctor to reconnect the printer to the network.  In both cases once the cord connects the printer to the computer, the hp site quits responding. There is no wireless button or touch screen on this printer. I can print with the cord connected but not wirelessly anymore. thanks for any suggestions.

I am not sure if this will work for you, but I had the same problem.

Disconnect the cord

Turn the power off and wait 15 seconds (un plug the power cord).

Turn the power back on.

Should go into wireless operation.

Like I said it did work for me, Worth a try.
