I have a HP wireless Premium keyboard without dongle.
I bought a HP Envy 500 mouse with HP link 5 transreceiver (checked compatibility first and it should be compatible to the one used for the kyboard).
I am able just to connect the mouse, the keyboard will not connect (i tried several times, pushed the connect button etc)
I downloaded HP Accessory Center hoping to see some settings for the dongle. it is not showing the dongle, and not showing the mouse (which works), does not have my mouse and my keyboard in the list of devices, and when I click on the link "Don't see my device" i land in a error page. I cannot even change the settings for the mouse which works but cannot be controlled as it should be.
both mouse and keyboard are fully charged.
