It does not indicate any WiFi abilities but that does not mean they cannot be added.
While a PCIexpress adapter is possible, a USB to WiFi adapter would be easier and does not require installing any components on the interior of the PC. Once an adpater is purchased, all that would be necessary would be to install the drivers for the adapter and then tell Windows to use the new WiFi adapter to make the connection to the smartphone's hotspot.
