HP OfficeJet Pro 8610 Won’t Print

Hi.

My friend cancelled our HP Insta Ink subscription. Now our printer won’t work. Is this a coincidence? or related? The printer is connected to the network. We still have our instaink cartridges installed and also have extras to use.

When I go to print I see- Printing, connected to printer on the monitor but the printer face reads- Cannot print. Visit hpinstaink.com for info.

 

Any help is appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Instant Ink included ink during the time the subscription was active.

 

You never owned the Instant Ink cartridges - they were part of the Print-by-Page subscription services.

Ideally, the cartridges should be returned to HP.

 

Purchase ink for your printer - remove all the Instant Ink cartridges and replace them with your purchased ink.
