HP Orbit Pairing Problems

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I cannot pair my HTC U12 Plus with HP orbit I have uninstalled the app from my phone and reinstalled.  I have also uninstalled the software from my PC and reinstalled. All I get is: we didn't find any pcs in pairing mode even though my PC gives me a code.

 

My phone and PC are on the same network.

  • Do you get any error messages while pairing the phone with HP orbit?
  • What is the operating system installed on the computer?
  • Did you install all the latest OS updates on the phone and try again?
  • Did you install all the latest OS updates on the computer and check again?
  • Please share a screenshot or image of what exactly happens to assist you correctly..
