Ive been having an issue with my PC since I’ve updated it. It used to be able to connect to the internet before but I needed to update it since it was a long overdue update. I tried to reset the router, reinstall the drivers, i did diagnostics, i even went into the device manager to check and everything was up to date according to my computer. The issue is that whenever I try to connect it will connect successfully but say no internet. When I run the diagnostics check it said there is no valid ip and I’ve tried everything. My other devices connect to the internet just fine it’s just this one computer. If anyone can help I greatly appreciate it in advance!

With so little information, it is difficult to give good advice. Please include the HP model number, also what Windows or other OS and what is was before the "update". The way the post is worded, it could give the impression that the PC is not connected to the internet all the time. Please clarify. If it is connected, by what means - Ethernet or WiFi
