HP Recommended

My friend has a new HP all in one and his sister has one also and they both were bought within the last year. This week, both have stopped connecting to the wifi in their home. The wifi is good and works for other items, phone, ipad etc. Both computers show they are connected to the wife with a good signal but cannot connect to anything that goes out to connect on the wifi. It comes up with, no internet connection available.

 

The usual turn it off and back on again and resetting the wifi has no result. I will get more info about their systems to give details when I go and visit them this weekend. I'm just wondering if something that I don't know about is going on with the all iin one computers for some reason.

 

Any help is appreciated.
