HP envy X360 bluescreen every time I try to connect my TV wirelessly

I get a bluescreen and my computer restart every time I try to connect it wirelessly to my TV. I did follow every "advices" from HP's virtual assistant, none of them helped me to solve this issue. Can anyone help me ? Thanks

Mon ordinateur redémarre à chaque fois que je tente de me connecter sans fil à ma TV. Le connexion commence à se faire et après quelques secondes l'écran bleu "erreur fatale" apparait. J'ai essayé toutes les "solution" de l'assistant virtuel HP, et aucune ne marche. 

En espérant que quelqu'un puisse m'aider. Merci

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing issues connecting your laptop wirelessly to your TV.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

What is the product number of your computer?

Meanwhile, I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check if it helps.

Hi, 

I did updated the BIOS as you recommend me to, but my TV does no longer appear in my wireless device list since then

My product number is 9QY14EA#ABF

Thank you for the information.

I checked the specifications of your computer and see that your computer doesn't support the wireless display feature. Only the wireless card with Miracast support can display to other devices wirelessly.
