Thanks for the reply
Could you confirm me the operating system of your computer?
In the meanwhile run a Wireless Module Test using the below steps.
Use the following steps to open the Component Tests menu.
-
Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the computer.
-
Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second. When the menu appears, press the F2 key.
-
On the main menu, click Component Tests.
Figure : Selecting Component Tests from the main menu
-
The Component Tests menu displays.
Your Component Tests menu might be different, depending on the components installed on your computer.

Wireless Module Test - The Wireless Module Test checks your system to make sure the wireless module was properly detected by the BIOS and is enabled for use.
To run the test, click Wireless Module, and then click Run once.
The Wireless Module Test takes 30 seconds to complete.
Keep me posted, how it goes!
Have a great day!
Cheers:)

Please perform a Power Drain and try getting to BIOS
- Remove the Battery and plug in only the AC adapter.
- Turn on the Laptop without the Battery.
- while it's turning on remove the Ac adapter, this will force shut down the Laptop.
- Without the Ac adapter and Battery, press and hold the Power Button for 30 secs.
- Plug back everything and power on the Laptop and keep tapping on F10 till you see System Configuration Menu ( BIOS )
If you are unable to get to BIOS, please contact HP Support for Service Options
