The specs of your machine is

   https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c05997418

It has Bluetooth 4.2 option therefore in theory any BT mouse should work. But I posted on this forum many times: I've got Dell, Microsoft ... mice but Dell mice did not work properly on HP machines, Microsoft mouse did not work on Dell machines. At the end  I bought 3 Logitech M557 mice, 2 Logitech MX Anywhere 2S mice. Now I can use them on all my machines (Dell, HP. Surface, Asus ..)

I highly recommend Logitech MX Anywhere 2S mouse, you can use wired, wireless (BT) and it has chargeable battery.

Regards.

Thanks Banheim for your support - I shall be better equipped when I shop for a compatible wireless mouse for my all-in-one PC. Next is to find an hp compatible wireless keyboard
