Product number: N0A50AA#ABL, Serial number: [Personal Information Removed] Sometimes I have been able to resurrect Bluetooth, othertimes  it totally disappears and then after a few months re-appears by itself ... usually after a Windows update .... VERY WEIRD !!

@Osiol -- how often do you shutdown/restart your computer? Is it only when Windows Update forces you to do so?

 

Experiment: when BlueTooth is "gone", do a complete shutdown of Windows.

Disconnect the power-cord. [If a notebook computer, also remove the battery.]

Press the on/off button, to drain any residual power.

Reconnect the power-cord.

Power-on the computer.

Has BlueTooth "returned"?
