Hi. My laser jet 100 was connected to the network fine. I changed my router and now it won't reconnect to the new router. I've run the WPS check and still no go. Can anyone please help before I launch it out the window!?!?

Greetings @AdamG11997700

Welcome to HP Forums and Thanks for the post.

I understand that you need assistance in reconfiguring the printer on a new router, is that right?

Not to worry, I will be glad to assist you.

Are you using  HP LaserJet Pro 100 Color MFPs (M175a and M175nw) printer?

Are you using a dual band router?

Note: HP Printers do not work or connect to 5Ghz networks. If you are using a dual band router, please give different names to 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz networks and connect the printer to the 2.4Ghz network.

Please click here to download the user guide of your printer.

Refer to page number 141 and perform a factory defaults on the printer.

Uninstall the printer, reset the printing system and install the printer back on your printer.

Make sure to have the printer off during the uninstall process.

HP Printers - Uninstalling HP Printer Software (Mac)

HP Printers - Resetting the Printing System (Mac)

Restart your MAC.

Visit www.hp.com/drivers and enter the printer model you are using.

Download and install the printer software on your computer.

Power on the printer only when the setup prompts for the printer.

Follow the setup will guide to set up the printer over wireless or USB.

Once the printer is set to factory defaults, the setup will detect it a new printer and install it on your network.

Let me know how it goes.
