I can't reset computer, can't get my WI-FI, amd now can't sign in to even get on to the machine.

Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
I have an "All-in-One" Desktop Pavillion with Windows 10. I can not get my WIFI, and tried to do a rset.l It said that I needed " Administrative Permission". Under settings, I am the Administrater. ? Tonight, I tried to sign in. I always sign in my pin, but it was requesting a password. I requested a different way to sign in and it stated that I wouold need a "flashdrive or CD" to sin in differently. Please Help!!!!
